Head Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB)

The Head of Corporate & Investment Banking will provide strategic leadership and P&L ownership for the CIB franchise, driving growth across corporate lending, investment banking, transaction banking, and capital markets. The role partners closely with global stakeholders to deliver integrated client solutions while ensuring strong risk, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the CIB strategy aligned with the banks global and regional objectives.
• Lead and develop senior leadership teams across Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Markets, and Transaction Banking.
• Oversee origination and execution of lending, debt & equity capital markets, M&A advisory, structured finance, and treasury solutions.
• Strengthen cross-sell across products to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions.
• Ensure strong credit, market, and operational risk governance in line with regulatory and internal frameworks.
• Partner with Global CIB leadership, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ethics, collaboration, and client excellence.
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent retention.

Key Skills & Experience

• 1825+ years of experience in Corporate and/or Investment Banking with senior leadership exposure.
• Strong track record in managing large corporate portfolios, capital markets, or advisory businesses.
• Proven P&L ownership and experience leading large, diverse teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and execution skills
