SaShr Consultants specializes in tailored HR consultancy services, aimed at optimizing workforce efficiency, enhancing productivity, and improving employee satisfaction. We are currently hiring for Head of Channel Sales for a solar fintech based out of Mumbai.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for the Head of Channel Sales - Solar Fintech. The role encompasses leading and managing channel sales operations, driving sales growth, and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners. The following will be the accountability areas :
- Responsible for Rooftop project sales under Capex and Opex Mode
- Assist in the development of BD strategy and business planning Rooftop Project sales for C&I portfolio
- Update management on new regulations by SERC/CERCs, Policies/ Notifications /Guidelines issued by MNRE, SNAs, etc.
- Liasioning with government authorities that includes, MSEDCL, SLDC and local authorities
- Proposal preparation to Technical & Commercial Negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements/Capex orders till the finalization of order
- Direct Lead generation of prospective opportunities for growth across India.
- Identify, screen and establish a network of partners to help further develop the opportunity pipeline for the business.
- Ensured technical feasibility (i.e.; studying SLDs, daily energy consumption & generation (renewables) pattern/variation) & financial feasibility (i.e.; landed tariff, derived savings/payback analysis) for projects
Qualifications
- Proficiency and in-depth experience in account management (Solar EPCs or Renewable EPCs)
- Must be leading a team at a zonal or India level for similar businesses
- Experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar
