Head of Buying

Hiring: Head Buying | Premium / Luxury Retail | New Delhi | CTC up to 1 Cr

We are looking for a seasoned Head Buying to lead the buying, merchandising, and category strategy for a leading premium / luxury retail business.

Define and drive the overall buying strategy across categories such as beauty, fragrances, confectionery, fashion, accessories, and lifestyle

Build and strengthen brand partnerships with premium and international labels

Lead vendor negotiations, commercial planning, and margin optimization

Ensure the right product mix, pricing architecture, and inventory health across locations

Develop category growth strategies aligned with evolving consumer trends and premium retail expectations

Drive assortment planning, promotions, and AOP delivery to maximize sales and profitability

Partner closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and category performance

Strong experience in Buying / Merchandising / Category Management within premium, luxury, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle retail

Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management, brand partnerships, and P&L ownership

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to scale high-impact categories

Location: New Delhi
