About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development to lead growth across our Digital Engineering and Talent Solutions businesses. This role owns new customer acquisition, market expansion, and the Inside Sales/BDR engine that builds a strong, predictable pipeline for Mastech Digital.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategy for netnew logo acquisition and expansion into priority markets.
- Lead and scale the Inside Sales / SDR function to deliver highquality pipeline.
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns showcasing our Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, and Talent capabilities.
- Build and manage hunting strategies for enterprise prospecting and new account penetration.
- Ensure clean pipeline governance, CRM discipline, and accurate sales forecasting.
- Partner with Delivery, Solutions, and Marketing to enable strong proposals, pitches, and demand generation.
- Transition newly won accounts smoothly to Account Management teams for scaleup.
What You Bring
- 1215+ years in Business Development or Inside Sales leadership within IT Services, Digital Engineering, or Talent Solutions.
- Proven success in building highperforming inside sales teams and driving new customer growth.
- Strong understanding of Data & AI services, Cloud, and digital transformation landscapes.
- Excellent communication, leadership presence, and ability to work in fastgrowth environments.
