Business Development Director Energy / Oil & Gas

Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

We are looking for a senior Business Development leader to drive growth for our precision components, assemblies, and turnkey solutions business within the Energy & Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic growth initiatives and scale revenue significantly over the next 34 years.

Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with OEMs & Tier-1 clients.

Drive end-to-end sales cycles including proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.

Partner closely with engineering & manufacturing teams to deliver customised technical solutions.

Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure delivery excellence through cross-functional coordination.

Represent the organisation at industry forums and strengthen brand presence.

Requirements:

1520 years of BD experience in Energy / Oil & Gas, with strong technical understanding of CNC machining, assemblies, and precision manufacturing.

Proven ability to achieve aggressive revenue targets.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Engineering degree required; MBA preferred.

Experience working with global clients is an advantage.
