Job Title: Sales Leader US IT Staffing / IT Service

Location: (Mumbai)

Experience: 14+ years in sales leadership within the US IT Staffing or IT Service industry

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales / VP to lead our US IT staffing or IT Service division. This executive role is focused on driving business growth by identifying and securing new Systems Integrator (SI) and End clients across various industries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sales leadership, strategic planning, and relationship building, with deep expertise in the US/Domestic IT staffing or IT Service market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Set clear sales targets and establish KPIs to ensure team success.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Identify and secure new SI and End client relationships across all industries.
  • Lead high-level negotiations and foster long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Oversee and support the sales team in building robust client relationships.
  • Team Management & Development:
  • Mentor and manage the sales team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance and training to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Market Analysis & Intelligence:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Utilize market data to identify emerging opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (recruitment, marketing, operations) to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless client onboarding and high-quality service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience with 14+ years in sales or business development, specifically in the US IT staffing or IT Service sector.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing SI and End client accounts.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing and motivating high-performance sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
