Job Description

The Head of Bridal Sales is responsible for leading couture bridal sales strategy, client experience,

and revenue growth. This role requires deep expertise in luxury fashion retail, high-value client

relationship management, styling, and team leadership. The ideal candidate combines commercial

acumen with couture knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Leadership

Own and drive bridal couture sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize high-ticket conversions.

Monitor KPIs: conversion rate, average order value, repeat clients, lead-to-sale ratio.

Build a strong pipeline of HNI/UHNI bridal clientele.

Collaborate with marketing for lead generation, trunk shows, and events.


Client Experience & Styling

Deliver luxury, personalized bridal consultations and styling sessions.

Guide brides through the end-to-end couture journey:

First consultation

Design selection & customization


Measurements & fittings

Final delivery

Build long-term relationships to drive referrals and repeat purchases.

Maintain impeccable service standards aligned with luxury retail.


Couture Expertise

Possess strong knowledge of Bridal silhouettes, fabrics, embroidery, and craftsmanship

Indian wedding traditions across regions

Global bridal couture trends

Work closely with design & production teams to ensure feasibility and timelines.

Team Leadership

Lead, train, and mentor bridal sales consultants/stylists.

Establish SOPs for consultations, CRM updates, and client follow-ups.

Conduct regular performance reviews and training workshops.

Create a high-performance, service-driven sales culture.


Operations & CRM

Maintain and optimize CRM database of bridal clients and prospects.

Track order timelines, production coordination, and delivery schedules.

Manage inventory of bridal samples and showroom presentation.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales and pipeline reports for leadership.

Experience & Qualifications

610+ years in luxury fashion / bridal couture sales.

Proven track record in high-value retail sales leadership.

Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients preferred.

Background in fashion, luxury retail, or styling is a strong advantage.
