The Head of Branding & Communications is the architect of OGS's industry identity and stature. You will define how OGS is perceived by the Omnicom ecosystem, the marketing and comms industry, and top talent in the Indian market. Your mandate: build OGS as the destination employer and thought leader for world-class marketing careersa place where imagination meets intelligence to build the future of marketing.
This is a strategic business role, not a communications support function. You own brand meaning, distinction, and desirability

Core Responsibilities
1. Brand Building & Industry Visibility (Primary Mandate)
- Build and evolve the OGS brand narrative as Omnicom's Integrated Solutions Engineand establish it as a distinct force in the marketing industry
- Create differentiated brand positioning that resonates with agencies, industry bodies, and ambitious talent seeking career-defining work
- Own PR strategy, thought leadership, award submissions, and earned media to build industry recognition and stature
- Drive external narrative ownership across industry forums, conferences, publications, and strategic partnerships
- Use strategic insights and GenAI tools for research and messaging frameworkswhile ensuring authenticity and human creativity remain central
2. Talent Brand & Employer Positioning
- Develop a compelling Talent Value Proposition that positions OGS as THE destination to build world class marketing careers
- Shape employer brand strategy across social platforms, universities, industry networks, and talent marketplaces
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital visibility
- Amplify success stories and career pathways that showcase what makes OGS distinctive
3. Internal Communications & Culture Narrative
- Build communication rhythms that strengthen culture, alignment, and leadership visibility across 5,000+ employees
- Partner with leadership to reinforce narratives that connect OGS's mission to individual career growth and impact
- Ensure internal messaging reflects and reinforces the external brand promise
4. Leadership & Executive Communications
- Shape high-impact content for CEO and senior leaders: speeches, thought leadership pieces, panel narratives, and strategic communications
- Build leadership storytelling that reinforces OGS's distinct market position and vision
5. Content, Creative & AI Governance
- Lead creation of high-quality digital content, brand films, campaigns, and storytelling assets
- Use strategic tools to accelerate delivery without diluting originality and brand voice
- Define and implement Responsible AI guidelines for all communication and content workensuring transparency, accuracy, and reputational safeguard
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15+ years in brand, communications, PR, or integrated marketing
- Proven track record building brand stature and industry positioningnot just executing communications
- Strategic mindset aligned to business outcomes: brand impact, talent attraction, organizational visibility
- Fluent in modern tools and workflows and experienced integrating them into creative work understands when to accelerate, when to humanize, when to pause
- Editorial excellence: An exceptional storyteller who uses strategy and creativity to drive outcomes
- Leadership presence: Comfortable influencing agencies, industry leaders, and internal leadership without formal authority
- Stakeholder acumen: Experienced managing external partners, building cross-functional alignment, and driving campaigns from strategy to execution
