B-Lush is a founder-led beauty brand built on education, ritual, and long-term facial longevity.

Were launching our first physical product (Kansa wand) alongside established digital programs and were looking for someone who can turn authority into structured, predictable growth.

This role is for you if you:

* Understand that education comes before conversion

* Can design growth systems, not just campaigns

* Think in funnels, timelines, and post-purchase journeys

* Respect strong founder-led brands and know how to scale them without dilution

Youll own:

* Launch & post-launch strategy for programs + physical products

* Education-led marketing systems (content, email, events; ads as support)

* E-commerce strategy & customer journey

* Collaborations, workshops, and execution oversight

This is NOT:

* A content writing role

* A posting or ads-only role

* A junior or VA position
