Head of Brand | Early-Stage B2C Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage B2C portfolio companies is looking for a Head of Brand to join the business in a business critical role.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design a brand and marketing identity that is able to drive growth for the business from the ground up across digital and physical channels
• Develop a customer experience and journey that drives customer satisfaction and recurring business
• Develop a brand identity and customer journey that evokes an emotional connection
• Own creative, content and social by leading in-house teams to deliver across all 3
• Build a brand that consumers can trust, both online, and offline
• Build a full-suite customer engagement and customer feedback cycle that puts the customer first
• Help take the company on their 0 to 1 journey

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience
• Someone who has an understanding and appreciation for building beloved and trusted consumer brands/consumer experiences
• Someone who will think about customer feedback
• Someone who will think about customer engagement and marketing
• Prior experience marketing in a B2C environment is critical
• Technology or Start-up experience
