Role Overview

The Head AI & Automation will define and drive Techmagnates AI strategy across business functionsfrom marketing operations, reporting and analytics to sales operations and client delivery. This leader will identify, implement, and optimize AI solutions that enhance performance, productivity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Strategy & Roadmap: Define and implement Techmagnates AI vision and long-term roadmap across departments (SEO, PPC, Content, HR, Sales).
• Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging AI and LLM tools relevant to marketing and integrate them into campaign operations.
• Automation Initiatives: Lead the design and deployment of automated workflows across CRM, lead nurturing, content production, and performance tracking.
• Internal Efficiency: Implement AI systems that streamline recruitment, reporting, and client servicing.
• Client Solutions: Collaborate with business heads to create AI-based services, products, and dashboards for clients.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with delivery, tech, and analytics teams to embed AI into daily operations.
• Governance & Ethics: Establish AI usage guidelines, ensure data privacy, and maintain human oversight in AI decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a team of AI engineers, prompt designers, and automation specialists.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1015 years of experience in technology, data science, or AI-led transformation, preferably in marketing, media, or SaaS industries.
• Proven success leading AI and automation initiatives at scale.
• Expertise in AI/ML tools, LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), workflow automation (Zapier, N8N, Make, UiPath), and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks (Google Ads, Analytics, CRM platforms).
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or certification in AI strategy preferred.
