Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Leadership: Lead and manage the architectural design process for residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects from concept to completion.
• Design Strategy & Planning: Develop innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable design solutions aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Project Oversight: Oversee master planning, schematic design, detailed drawings, and execution coordination to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, marketing, and project management) and external consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local building codes, zoning laws, environmental standards, and statutory approvals.
• Budget & Cost Control: Work closely with the commercial team to optimize design within budget constraints without compromising quality.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the in-house architecture team; allocate tasks and review deliverables.
• Vendor & Consultant Management: Evaluate and coordinate with external architects, designers, and consultants for specialized requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct design reviews and site visits to ensure architectural integrity and project standards are maintained.
• Innovation & Sustainability: Implement green building practices, smart space utilization, and modern architectural trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Experience in managing large-scale residential or commercial projects is preferred.
• 5+ years in Marketing (Preferably in Residential & real estate)
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction processes, and materials.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and other design tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
