About PowerEdge (Signzy):
PowerEdge is Signzys B2B fintech platform used by banks to run credit card journeys
(onboarding post-onboarding) via SDKs and APIs. With multiple bank go-lives, keeping
production stable and issues closed fast is critical.
The Gist of the Role:
We need a super-smart Head of Analytics and Customer Engagement.
The main goal? Use credit card data to seriously boost customer sign-ups, how
much they use the card, and how long they stick around.
You're basically building a brand-new analytics team from scratchcool, right?
You need to be a strategic whiz who knows data, customer journeys, and running
smart, data-fueled campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):
Build the Dream Team: Define the whole analytics strategy, hire your squad
(analysts, data scientists, etc.), and set the rules for data quality and A/B testing.
Show Me the Data: Create easy-to-read dashboards (KPIs like sign-up speed and
Customer Lifetime Value) and regularly tell the big bosses what the data means
and what they should do next.
Must-Haves (The Dealbreakers):
At least 8 years in data/BI, with a good chunk of that in a leadership spot
Youve gotta have a track record of building and managing analytics teams.
You need to be an expert in understanding Data and using it to achieve goals
You must be solid on stats and A/B testing.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points):
Experience with FinTech, banking, or credit card data (especially transaction stuff).
Knowing your way around customer engagement/marketing
Your Two Big Projects:
1. Fix the Sign-Up Process (Onboarding Funnel Optimization):
Figure out why people drop off when signing up for the credit card.
Use real-time data to jump in with messages or in-app prompts to save
those customers.
Track your success and keep making things better.
2. Make Customers Love the Card Forever (LTV Maximization):
Use transaction data to figure out who your customers are and how they
spend.
Run personalized campaigns to get them to:
Activate: Make that first purchase.
Spend: Increase the total money they spend.
Transact Often: Use the card more frequently.
Retain: Stop them from ditching the card.
