The company entered the market through Studio AI, a visual merchandising platform powered by 80+ proprietary AI models that transforms raw car photos into studio-quality images, 360-degree spins, and videos in minutes. Deeply integrated with 60+ dealer tools - from DMS and CRM platforms to major automotive marketplaces - Studio AI became the trusted foundation inside dealer workflows nationwide.
Now Spyne is breaking into a much larger opportunity with Vini AI, a conversational Voice AI agent that handles inbound and outbound calls, books test drives, follows up on leads, and manages service appointments - 24/7, without human intervention. Vini bookings have grown 7x in six months, and dealers who add Vini on top of Studio see ACV expansions of 47x. Together, the two products are converging into a full-stack Retail AI platform covering inventory management, digital retail, and customer relationship management.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Head of AI Transformation, you are the architect of our companys future operating model. You aren't just "implementing AI"; you are redesigning our business functions (Sales, Marketing, CS, Eng, Ops, HR, Finance) to be AI-First. You will oversee the radical automation of low-end tasks and lead the cultural shift required to manage a leaner, high-output team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scale with Code, Not Headcount: Decouple revenue from hiring. Your goal is to maximize Revenue per Employee.
- Automate the Routine: Identify "Rule-based" tasks and automate them, leaving only high-value judgment to the team.
- Agentic Ops: Deploy autonomous agents (LangGraph/CrewAI) to handle Sales, CS, and Ops at machine speed.
- The 10X Orchestrator: Shift the team from "executing" to "orchestrating" fleets of digital workers.
- Smart Guardrails: Design the Human-in-the-Loop systems that ensure AI output is elite and on-brand.
- Unified Brain: Build a Vector Store ($RAG$) to give every employee an AI Super-Analyst with 100% company recall.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Technical Mastery
- Agentic Frameworks: Proven experience building multi-step autonomous systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
- Data Architecture: Ability to build and maintain Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and $RAG$ pipelines to turn company "knowledge" into agent "memory."
- The Stack: Expert-level Python or TypeScript; deep familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models (Llama/Mistral).
- Infrastructure: Experience with LLMops (monitoring, versioning, and cost-optimizing API usage).
2. Strategic Operations
- Workflow Deconstruction: Ability to map a 200-person org into "atomic tasks" and identify which 70% can be automated.
- Restructuring Experience: Previous leadership in a high-growth SaaS, ideally having managed a significant pivot or organizational "flattening."
- Systems Thinking: Ability to view the company as a set of interconnected APIs rather than static departments.
3. Radical Efficiency Mindset
- The "Automation First" Bias: A visceral dislike for manual data entry, "status update" meetings, and bloated middle management.
- High Output/Low Ego: Willingness to "code the solution" in the morning and present the "reduction roadmap" to the Board in the afternoon.
- Outcome-Driven: Focused on Revenue per Employee (RPE) and EBITDA rather than team size or "empire building."
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN FIRST 90 DAYS?
- Days 130 (Map & Automate): Deconstruct roles into "Atomic Tasks." Automate 3 high-volume loops (e.g., L1 Support, Lead Gen). KPI: Identify first 50 workflow-streams for agentic transition.
- Days 3160 (Digital Brain): Launch a central Vector Database ($RAG$) for full-context AI. Deploy Autonomous SDRs/Agents to own end-to-end cycles. KPI: 40% reduction in manual hours.
- Days 6190 (Scale the Core): Finalize transition to a ~100-person Orchestrator Team. Stabilize the AI-native model. KPI: 2X Revenue per Employee (RPE).
