About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, strategic, and execution-focused Head of B2B AI Sales to lead sales across domestic (India) and international pharmaceutical markets for our AI-powered, data-driven software products, including engagements with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) .

This role carries complete revenue ownership and will play a critical role in scaling both domestic pharma enterprises and global pharma organizations. You will work closely with founders, leadership, product, and data teams to position AI solutions that address real-world pharma challenges.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of B2B enterprise software sales to pharma clients in India and overseas, understands AI and data platforms, and has consistently delivered $1M+ revenue .


Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Ownership & Sales Leadership

  • Own and deliver $1M+ annual revenue targets across domestic and international markets
  • Drive B2B sales for domestic pharma companies, global pharma enterprises, and GCCs
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, solutioning, negotiation, closure, and renewals
  • Build predictable pipelines and ensure sustained revenue growth

2. Domestic & International Enterprise Sales

  • Sell AI, data, analytics, and enterprise software solutions to pharma clients in India and global markets
  • Lead complex, high-value B2B enterprise deals with CXOs and senior stakeholders
  • Expand strategic accounts and build long-term partnerships across geographies
  • Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, and industry forums

3. Product, Data & Salesforce-Led Selling

  • Position AI-driven and data-centric software products with strong business value
  • Bring prior experience selling sales software and enterprise platforms to pharma organizations
  • Drive opportunities involving Salesforce-based or Salesforce-integrated solutions (strong plus)
  • Share structured market feedback with product and engineering teams

4. Go-To-Market & Strategy

  • Define and execute GTM strategies for India and international pharma markets
  • Identify new growth opportunities across therapeutic areas, GCCs, and enterprise segments
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns, ABM initiatives, and product launches
  • Support launch and scaling of new AI software products

5. Stakeholder & Team Leadership

  • Build trusted relationships with domestic and global pharma leadership teams
  • Work closely with founders and senior leadership on revenue and expansion strategy
  • Mentor and scale high-performing sales teams as the organization grows

What Youll Bring

Youre a strong fit if you have:

  • 512 years of experience in B2B enterprise software / SaaS sales
  • Hands-on experience selling software products to domestic (India) and international pharma markets
  • Proven ownership of $1M+ revenue targets
  • Prior experience selling sales software, data platforms, analytics, or AI solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven, data-based enterprise products
  • Exposure to Salesforce software selling (preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presence
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
