# What You Will Do

Design Intelligence

• Architect AI capabilities as core product features
• Design systems for intent modeling, sentiment analysis, anomaly detection, and contextual recommendations that directly influence user journeys
• Build proactive intelligence engines that trigger workflows, decisions, and growth opportunities
• Develop knowledge driven reasoning systems aligned with product outcomes and measurable impact

Turn Signals Into Product Decisions

• Create unified customer context across voice, chat, email, social, and enterprise applications as a reusable product layer
• Translate external sentiment, brand signals, and behavioral data into product insights and automated actions
• Establish continuous learning loops that improve both AI performance and product experience quality
• Partner with Product teams to convert AI capabilities into tangible customer value propositions

Own the 0 1 Product Journey

• Drive discovery, experimentation, and rapid iteration to validate AI-led product features
• Balance cutting-edge GenAI innovation with enterprise-grade reliability, governance, and scalability
• Collaborate on product strategy including positioning, differentiation, and long-term platform architecture

Lead the Builders

• Foster a product-first engineering culture focused on outcomes, usability, and adoption
• Define responsible AI standards, governance, and explainability aligned with enterprise customers
• Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Go-To-Market teams

# What You Bring

• Strong background in ML systems, GenAI/LLMs, recommendation engines, or intelligent automation
• Experience building AI as a product capability
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and influencing cross-functional decisions
• Regulated domain exposure (BFSI preferred)
• Agentic workflows or knowledge-driven reasoning
