Head of AI First Digital Marketing

An Entrepreneur to build an AI Marketing Venture (with a path to Equity).

I am looking for a builder. Someone who wants to run their own agency but needs the right launchpad.

I currently lead four diverse companies across different domains:

1. AltiusNxt: Product Information Enrichment (Tech/SaaS).
2. Yantra24x7: Industrial IoT & helping Indian SME Shop Floors improve Productivity & Profitability
3. White & Co: A 65-year-old Industrial Distribution firm transforming itself to an Industrial Material Handling & Automation Company.
4. Altius Tech : Title Indexing for US clients.
5. ANT LABS : A Venture studio turning idea to products for Startup Entrepreneurs.

The Challenge:

I am pivoting all five companies to a "Digital Only" acquisition model. I am NOT looking to hire a traditional marketing manager to run ads. I am looking to build a centralized AI-First Shared Services Venture that will act as the growth engine for these four companies from Day 1.

The Opportunity & The Endgame :

This is a Founding Member role. Your mandate is to build this internal unit, staff it with AI-savvy talent, and prove the model on my companies. Once the model is proven, we will spin this unit off as a standalone AI Marketing Agency to service external clients.

The deal is simple:

You build it, you lead it. There is a documented path for this role to evolve into the CEO/MD of the new venture, complete with part ownership/profit sharing upon the spin-off.

Who You Are?

• You are AI-Native: You dont just "know about" ChatGPT. You use Claude, Midjourney, and Automation tools (Zapier/Make) to do the work of 10 people.
• You are a Chameleon: You can sell a SaaS solution in the morning and Spinning Machine accessories in the afternoon.
• You are tired of the grind: You have the skills to start your own agency, but you want the stability of anchor clients (my 5 companies) and capital to start.

Do not apply if...

• You need a big budget or investor money to generate your first lead.
• You think "AI" is just for writing emails.
• You need a team of 10 people before you can start executing.
