Lords University is looking for a dynamic, student-centricHead of Admissionsto lead and scale our admissions strategy across UG, PG, and professional programs.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands botheducation and growth someone who can convert intent into enrolments while building systems, teams, and trust.

• Lead the end-to-end admissions lifecycle: outreach, counselling, conversion, and enrolment
• Design and execute admissions strategies aligned with institutional growth goals
• Manage and mentor the admissions and counselling teams
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Academic, and Outreach teams
• Track leads, conversions, funnels, and performance metrics
• Build strong relationships with schools, coaching institutes, and partners
• Ensure a seamless, ethical, and student-first admissions experience

• 3-6 years of experience in admissions, education sales.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding enrolment targets
• Excellent communication, counselling, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making
• Prior experience in a university or higher-education setup is a strong plus
