About the Role:

Were seeking a Head Administration to lead and manage the end-to-end operations of a leading hospital in Rajkot. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, driving operational excellence, and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Hospital Operations Manage day-to-day administration of the hospital, ensuring all departments run smoothly and comply with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

Patient Journey Management Oversee the entire patient experience from admission to discharge, ensuring a seamless and positive journey.

Financial Acumen Monitor daily financial dashboards and KPIs; track revenue and expenses; optimize OP to Lab/Radiology/Pharmacy conversions.

Cost Control Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities to improve financial health; prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.

Patient Experience Excellence Champion a culture of service excellence; ensure timely resolution of patient grievances; oversee F&B, Housekeeping, Security, and Patient Care Services.

Stakeholder Relations Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and local communities; build strong relationships with doctors, clinicians, and medical professionals.

Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of administrative and support staff; foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Continuous Improvement Initiate new programs to enhance patient experience; track and analyze patient feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1218 years of proven experience in a senior administrative role within a hospital or healthcare setting

Bachelors or Masters degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field

Strong financial management and analytical skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities

Deep understanding of healthcare industry standards and patient service excellence

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations

Preferred:

Age up to 45 years

Experience managing multiple departments in a multi-specialty hospital

Familiarity with NABH accreditation and statutory compliance
