Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Nurse with strong expertise in Critical Care and ICU operations. The ideal candidate should have leadership experience, clinical excellence, and the ability to manage ICU teams efficiently. Candidates from Odisha who are willing to relocate to Raipur or Bangalore are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise ICU and critical care nursing staff

Ensure high standards of patient care and safety in ICU settings

Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and hospital administration

Monitor clinical procedures, infection control, and ICU protocols

Manage duty rosters, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff

Handle emergency situations and critical patient management effectively

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and nursing best practices

Required Qualifications & Experience:

B.Sc Nursing / GNM (Mandatory)

Valid Nursing Council Registration

1015 years of hands-on experience in ICU / Critical Care

Prior experience as Head Nurse / Charge Nurse / ICU Supervisor preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
