Job Description
- Lead and oversee all MEP projects within the organization, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness - Manage and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of MEP projects - Develop and implement strategies to optimize MEP project delivery processes - Provide technical expertise and guidance on MEP systems and solutions - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements for MEP projects - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in MEP project management practices - Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Education QualificationBE in Mechanical/Electrical
Experience20-25 years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction industry - Proven track record in managing MEP projects and leading construction teams - Strong background in MEP Engineering
