Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated professional to lead and expand our Medical Tourism vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong international partnerships, driving patient inflow from global markets, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the hospital's international presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage tie-ups with international corporate clients, hospitals, embassies, doctors, and healthcare facilitators.
• Design and execute annual marketing strategies to promote international patient services.
• Identify, explore, and secure new business development opportunities across key focus geographies.
• Strengthen global outreach initiatives to enhance patient acquisition and service visibility.
• Ensure seamless coordination of medical tourism operations, including patient communication, travel facilitation, and service experience.
• Build and lead a high-performing team to support international patient programs.
• Foster long-term relationships to boost brand presence and ensure sustainable growth in international markets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline with an MBA in Healthcare Management / Hospital Management .
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in medical tourism, healthcare business development, or international patient services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to build international networks and manage multicultural stakeholder relationships.
