Job Description
Purpose of the job:
Head Marketing and Strategy is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing long-term strategies that drive brand growth, market penetration, new geographies, species and revenue. This role focuses on market analysis, customer insights, positioning, and cross-functional alignment to ensure marketing/strategy efforts support overall business objectives and growth.
Role and Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing:
Deriving insights from Market intelligence across OpCos to enable business decisions
Partner with leadership and cross functional teams to support go-to-market strategies
Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans and campaigns
Identify new opportunities and products which can benefit customers in Latin America and Asia
Develop product strategies for all key geographies and assess the company's product performance
Help develop long-term strategic plans for future product line
Products strategy to expand into new species
Build a long-term view of emerging technologies, ecosystem and competition with the intent of building long-term product strategy
Identify, prioritize, structure, and manage complex issues that drive product priorities and demonstrate bottom line results including long-term and play the role of strategist on cross-regional projects, and bring timely and useful insight, perspective, and analytical support
Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations
Branding and Communication:
Identify, develop, and evaluate the overall marketing strategy, based on organizational objectives and market characteristics
Plan and own the marketing budget and ensure delivery of marketing activities within the agreed budget
Review and finalize the short to medium term branding plan and key milestones/deliverables to ensure alignment to the overall brand positioning
Lead the creation and implementation of quarterly & annual corporate communications plan, schedule, and format to drive impactful stories/ campaigns about Eruvaka products and services
Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via own media/digital channels, including social media
Ensure proper execution of campaigns from beginning to end with proper monitoring reports at decided intervals, along with maintaining cost efficiency across mediums
Develop and oversee Eruvakas public relations strategy, enhance visibility / positive image and reputation of Eruvaka, while promoting consistency in tone and message content in accordance with the companys standards
Lead management of conferences, trade shows, and press interviews for Eruvaka; Work closely with varied stakeholders internal/external to leverage event/initiatives, such as product launches, corporate announcements, milestones etc. for brand promotion
Foster a culture of development within the team, empower team members to take decisions by effectively delegating authority and promote a high-performance working environment
Skills:
Manage project teams to structure and solve problems, collaborating and coordinating with a range of internal stakeholders, superior strategic, analytic and problem-solving skills
Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence
Must be disciplined and comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the maturity and capability to interact and influence across multiple levels and organization
Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate multiple complex cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements (Competency Matrix):
A Masters Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
10-15 Years of experience in Marketing. Technology industry and Aquaculture industry knowledge is desirable
