Role Description

We are hiring at Regional and National Level KAMs for a premium building materials company.

While Projects Sales and Specifications Team support is a given this is largely a IC role

This role is ideal for professionals who have worked with high-specification systems building materials brandsand are comfortable engaging at the design, specification, and commercial decision-making levelwith Tier-1 Residential Developers/Builders

RoleFocus:

Strategic engagement with Tier-1 residential developers & large builder groups

Design-stage and specification-led selling(architects, faade consultants, PMCs)

Closure of large, multi-project residential orders

Ownership of key accounts through negotiation, execution interface, and repeat business

Ideal Background:

1022+ years in project / solution sales

Experiencewith premium faade, aluminium systems, doors & windows, glazing or building envelope solutions

Track record of working with developer leadership, design heads, and procurement teams

Exposure to large residential, high-rise, township or luxury housing projects
