Head – IT (OMS)

Hiring: Head Data Analytics & Business Excellence | Pune

We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive our enterprise-wide data strategy, digital transformation, and business excellence initiatives. The role will lead analytics, process excellence, digital platforms (including Salesforce), and emerging technology innovation.

What Youll Lead

• Enterprise Data & Analytics roadmap, dashboards, BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau), data governance, and predictive insights.
• Business Excellence initiatives: Lean, Six Sigma, process standardization, automation, KPI frameworks.
• Oversight of digital platforms including Salesforce, CPQ, Field Service, and key enterprise applications.
• Collaboration with IT Infra teams to ensure secure, scalable, integrated systems supporting analytics & digital adoption.
• IT Business Partnering with multiple functions to translate business needs into tech-enabled solutions.
• Innovation using drones, robotics, IoT, RPA, AI/ML, and other emerging technologies.

What Were Looking For

• 1220 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Excellence, Digital Transformation, or IT leadership.
• Strong expertise in BI tools, data governance, MDM, process excellence, and digital applications.
• Exposure to Salesforce/CRM/ERP ecosystems, cloud, integrations, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with emerging tech such as drones, robotics, automation, AI/ML (preferred).
• A strategic thinker with strong analytical ability, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
