Role Overview

The Head ITSM and Cybersecurity drives the organizations global IT service management and cybersecurity strategy, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology operations that enable business growth and digital transformation. This senior leadership role oversees IT governance, service excellence, and enterprise-wide cyber resilience aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global ITSM and cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals and compliance frameworks (ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 27001).
• Lead enterprise IT operations to ensure uptime, reliability, and service excellence supported by measurable SLAs and KPIs.
• Govern information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance, including GDPR and GRC frameworks.
• Drive cloud transformation, automation, and modernization initiatives to support digital innovation.
• Optimize IT investments through robust financial governance and vendor partnerships.
• Build and lead high-performing global teams fostering agility, accountability, and continuous improvement.
