HEAD INVENTORY FUNDING & WORKING CAPITAL FINANCE

We are hiring for a Head Wholesale Inventory Funding & Working Capital Finance role for our client, who is a large multi-brand automobile distribution business with pan-India operations.

Location: Hyderabad (Head Office)

Compensation: Up to 75 LPA

Experience: 1520 years

Reporting to: Group Chief Business Officer

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing inventory funding, working capital finance, and banking relationships across India.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory funding lines, working capital limits, and term loans for vehicle, spare parts, and accessories procurement.

Build and strengthen relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

Lead facility renewals, limit enhancements, and financial structuring aligned with business growth.

Monitor vehicle & parts inventory financing and ensure optimal utilization of funding lines.

Coordinate financing arrangements with multiple automobile OEMs and brands.

Oversee stock audits, compliance, regulatory reporting, and documentation with financiers.

Drive seamless coordination across finance teams, OEMs, banks, and internal stakeholders.

Lead and mentor a high-performance finance team.

Ideal Candidate

CA / MBA Finance preferred

15+ years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Automobile, or Supply Chain Finance

Strong exposure to working capital management, dealer/channel finance, and inventory funding

Expertise in balance sheet analysis, stock audits, and regulatory compliance

Proven ability to manage large banking relationships and high-value inventory funding structures
