Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of Head of Innovation Centre located in Pune for G. H. Raisoni College of Engineering and Management. The Head of the Innovation Centre will be responsible for managing and fostering innovation, leading and mentoring a team, overseeing research and development initiatives, and implementing innovative processes to drive organizational growth. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to explore new opportunities and develop strategies to achieve technical and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech in any specialization
• Experience: 5+ years experience of similar positions, Innovation, R&D
• Strong proficiency in innovation management and the ability to design and implement creative solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess challenges, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
• Effective team leadership and team management abilities to guide and inspire diverse teams.
• Significant experience in Research and Development (R&D) to foster innovation in projects and services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and problem-solving at a senior level.
