Job Description
HR Head is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organizations human resources strategy in alignment with business objectives. This role ensures the development of a high-performance culture, strong talent pipeline, compliant HR practices, and effective employee engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and the board.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Establish robust onboarding, performance management, and career development frameworks.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees and leadership talent.
Performance & Rewards
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Develop competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
- Ensure pay structures are aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and change management programs.
- Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
Learning & Development
- Identify organizational capability gaps and design learning interventions.
- Promote continuous learning and leadership development programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and corporate policies.
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, HRIS, policies, and procedures.
- Manage audits, statutory reporting, and risk mitigation related to HR.
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration is preferred
- 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 57 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience managing HR at a corporate or multi-location level
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience for handling large numbers of workers and labours 2000 nos +
- Should have experience from service industry, housekeeping or solid waste management activities.
- Dealing with the municipal corporations / govt department for worker related issues/ compliance / statutory etc.
