Position Summary

We are looking for a Head - Govt Sales & Partnerships (Marketing) to drive public-sector revenue by positioning our influencer and digital marketing solutions to central ministries, state departments, PSUs and government-backed institutions.


This is a high-ownership, business development role focused on building relationships, originating opportunities, and securing marketing and communication mandates from government bodies.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing government relationships to create influencer and digital marketing opportunities
  • Position influencer & digital marketing solutions for public awareness, behavior-change, and citizen engagement campaigns
  • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities via the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), tenders, RFPs, and direct MoUs
  • Lead the end-to-end government contracting lifecycle: opportunity shaping, empanelment, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate with internal strategy and execution teams to design winning proposals and campaign frameworks
  • Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet defined government sales targets


Experience & Education

  • Proven experience in selling services/solutions to government (central/state/PSU)
  • Strong network across ministries, departments, or public-sector institutions
  • Demonstrated success in winning government contracts, tenders, or MoUs
  • Solid understanding of government procurement and decision processes, including GeM or tendering routes
  • Exposure to digital marketing, advertising, media, communications, or influencer ecosystems
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable building a government business vertical


Location

Primarily we're looking for people based out of the West, North & South of India. The location can be discussed if your profile is shortlisted.
