Profile Summary:
Role Overview:
The role is a strategic position within the CHRO Office, responsible for driving the Global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategy, advancing HR analytics, and strengthening HR technology enablement across regions. The incumbent will partner with senior leadership and COEs to build scalable, data-driven, and globally compliant HR systems and reward frameworks that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits Strategy
- Develop and execute a global total rewards framework that aligns with business goals and market competitiveness.
- Lead the annual compensation survey and planning cycle salary benchmarking, market corrections, merit and bonus reviews.
- Design variable pay and long-term incentive programs (including leadership plans and retention plans).
- Define compensation range and bands work closely with solutions and pricing on new deal structuring
- Establish and maintain global job architecture and leveling frameworks.
- Partner with Finance and HRBPs to model compensation budgets and workforce cost scenarios.
Benefits & Wellness
- Design, benchmark, and govern global and country-specific benefits programs (insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.).
- Evaluate vendors and optimize benefits ROI.
- Integrate and harmonize benefits post-M&A or global expansions.
- Drive employee well-being and engagement initiatives tied to benefits.
CHRO Office Initiatives
- Partner with the CHRO on strategic people projects organization design, cost optimization, workforce planning, and governance.
- Prepare executive dashboards, board decks, and people insights reports.
- Support HR policy harmonization, audit readiness, and HR transformation initiatives.
- Lead or contribute to special projects such as diversity pay parity studies, leadership compensation frameworks, and future workforce modeling.
HR Analytics & Insights
- Build and manage HR analytics frameworks to provide actionable insights into workforce trends (attrition, cost, performance, engagement).
- Develop predictive models for workforce planning, retention, and pay equity analysis.
- Enable data democratization through dashboards for HR and business leaders.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and Finance for data-driven decision-making.
HR Technology & Systems
- Partner with HR Tech teams to optimize HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle).
- Automate compensation and benefits workflows using HR tech tools.
- Lead or contribute to digital transformation projects in HR, such as dashboarding, data integration, and AI-driven analytics.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems.
Governance, Compliance & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure adherence to local laws, tax, and social security regulations across global operations.
- Develop and update policies and processes in alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with external consultants and survey providers
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Business HR, HR Ops).
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM (HR/Finance) from a top-tier B-school.
- 3-8 years of experience in C&B and HR Transformation, ideally in the IT/ITES or services industry.
- Hands-on experience with global compensation structures, benefits governance, and HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle etc.).
- Strong data and financial modeling capability (Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools).
- Proven ability to lead projects across multiple geographies and influence senior stakeholders.
