Role Overview

The Head GCC Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships will play a hands-on role in building and expanding Netsmartzs presence within Indias GCC ecosystem, with a strong focus on Punjab and Tier-2 city GCC initiatives.

This role is relationship-driven, consultative, and ecosystem-oriented, focused on lead generation, partnerships, and pipeline creation, rather than transactional sales.


Key Responsibilities (KRAs Aligned)

1. Government & GCC Ecosystem Engagement

  • Act as a key point of coordination with the Government of Punjab and associated bodies for GCC-led initiatives.
  • Support government-led GCC programs, roadshows, policy discussions, and ecosystem events in Mohali/Punjab.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities where Netsmartz can support or enable GCC investments.


2. GCC Ecosystem Representation & Events

  • Represent Netsmartz at GCC, GBS, Shared Services, and Digital Transformation conferences across India.
  • Plan and manage Netsmartzs participation in events, including booths, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Engage with GCC Heads, Transformation Leaders, and CXOs during industry forums.


3. GCC Database Nurturing & Expansion

  • Own and actively nurture Netsmartzs internal GCC contact database.
  • Build structured follow-ups, meetings, and ongoing engagement with GCC stakeholders.
  • Expand the GCC ecosystem database by adding new enterprise, advisor, and ecosystem contacts.


4. Accounting & Advisory Firm Outreach

  • Engage with top accounting, advisory, and consulting firms (Big 4, mid-tier).
  • Position Netsmartz as a preferred execution and technology partner for GCC-led engagements.
  • Support referral-led pipeline creation through trusted advisor relationships.


5. Tier-2 City GCC Lead Generation

  • Identify companies exploring Tier-2 GCC locations.
  • Initiate early-stage conversations, feasibility discussions, and discovery meetings.
  • Position Netsmartz as a trusted partner for Tier-2 GCC setups, especially Mohali.


6. Brand & Market Presence

  • Support thought leadership initiatives such as roundtables, ecosystem events, and targeted outreach.
  • Strengthen Netsmartzs visibility within the GCC ecosystem through consistent engagement.


Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in GCC/GBS consulting, ecosystem BD, shared services advisory, or IT services partnerships
  • Exposure to GCC setups, outsourcing, shared services, or transformation engagements
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with government bodies, consultants, and enterprise leaders
  • Willingness to travel and represent the company externally
