Job Responsibilities:

• Leads financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare accurate Monthly MIS- store, city, region and cluster level profitability
• reports including presentation to the investors
• Prepare year-end financial statements for audit and work with the accounting
• and finance team in audit planning and preparation of audit schedules
• Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
• Detail productivity analysis at region level, identify root cause.
• Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
• Automate / simply accounting and reporting processes, to enhance speed,
• accuracy and productivity
• Completes market research and comparable company analysis.
• Recommends strategies for increasing financial performance.
• Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
