CTC: Up to 30 Lakhs per annum

Experience: 15+ years (Insurance Direct Channel mandatory)



About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact sales leader to head our Field Operations & Sales (FOS) for the Direct Channel. This role will drive on-ground revenue growth, productivity, and expansion through a large field force across clinics and territories. The ideal candidate comes from the insurance or financial services industry with deep expertise in managing direct sales teams at scale.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the Direct Channel FOS team across regions
  • Drive aggressive revenue growth through on-ground acquisition
  • Build, train, and manage large field sales teams (Managers, Team Leaders, Executives)
  • Design territory plans, coverage models, and productivity benchmarks
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Establish strong recruitment pipelines and reduce attrition
  • Implement performance management systems and incentive structures
  • Drive discipline in reporting, CRM usage, and sales processes
  • Collabor cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and clinic teams
  • Ensure strong conversion, customer experience, and compliance standards



Key Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Direct Sales / FOS (Insurance preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing large field teams and delivering high growth
  • Experience in agency/direct channel scale-up and turnaround situations
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
  • Data-driven approach to productivity and ROI
  • High ownership mindset with execution focus
  • Willingness to travel extensively

  • Ex-Insurance / Financial Services Direct Channel leader
  • Has handled multi-city or pan-India FOS operations
  • Strong in recruitment, training, and performance culture building
