CTC: Up to 30 Lakhs per annum
Experience: 15+ years (Insurance Direct Channel mandatory)
About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact sales leader to head our Field Operations & Sales (FOS) for the Direct Channel. This role will drive on-ground revenue growth, productivity, and expansion through a large field force across clinics and territories. The ideal candidate comes from the insurance or financial services industry with deep expertise in managing direct sales teams at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Direct Channel FOS team across regions
- Drive aggressive revenue growth through on-ground acquisition
- Build, train, and manage large field sales teams (Managers, Team Leaders, Executives)
- Design territory plans, coverage models, and productivity benchmarks
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Establish strong recruitment pipelines and reduce attrition
- Implement performance management systems and incentive structures
- Drive discipline in reporting, CRM usage, and sales processes
- Collabor cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and clinic teams
- Ensure strong conversion, customer experience, and compliance standards
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Direct Sales / FOS (Insurance preferred)
- Proven track record of managing large field teams and delivering high growth
- Experience in agency/direct channel scale-up and turnaround situations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
- Data-driven approach to productivity and ROI
- High ownership mindset with execution focus
- Willingness to travel extensively
