Head Finance Operations

Head - Capex Finance Management & Control is responsible for managing the CAPEX financial operations of the Data Centers business in India. This role focuses on strategic financial management, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Head - CFMC will lead the finance team, drive cost optimization, and support business growth while upholding the organization's values of integrity and excellence.

Job Purpose: Lead - FMC is responsible for managing the financial operations of the Data Centers business in India. This role focuses on strategic financial management, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Lead - FMC will lead the finance team, drive cost optimization, and support business growth while upholding the organization's values of integrity and excellence.

*Key Responsibilities of Role

Financial Management:

Oversee and direct the financial accounting and reporting functions for the Data Centers business in India, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial standards.

Financial Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and plans that align with the business objectives, aiming to enhance profitability and support sustainable growth.

Budget Management:

Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, including preparing detailed financial projections and analyses to guide decision-making and track performance against targets.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, driving best practices in financial management and mitigating risks related to regulatory issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, and regulatory authorities, to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.

Business Initiatives:

Contribute to key business initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital investment projects by providing financial expertise and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

*Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification:

Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant discipline preferred

Professional certification such as CMA.

Work Experience:

12-15 years of experience in finance and accounting

Proven track record of working in the Data Centers industry

Demonstrated experience in managing financial operations and strategic planning
