About Mega Corporation Limited
Mega Corporation Limited is building a next-generation, multi-vertical lending platform at the intersection of regulated finance, sustainability, and government-scale programs.
We are constructing three distinct growth pillars:
E-Finance A dedicated sustainable lending vertical financing carbon-reducing assets and raising capital from ESG funds and PSU pools
Government-linked financing programs (including RFSDL and Assam Govt contracts)
Unsecured MSME business lending
We are at a true zero-to-one stage, building institutional-grade systems from the ground up.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a financial architecture and capital strategy mandate.
The Role
We are seeking a high-calibre finance leader (1015 years of work experience) who combines:
The discipline of a Financial Controller
The ambition and capital instincts of a market-facing operator
You will architect the financial backbone of the company while actively raising and optimizing capital.
This role has a clear 35 year pathway to CFO.
What You Will Own
1. Capital Raising & Strategic Financing
Raise debt from banks, NBFCs, ESG/impact investors, PSU pools, and structured instruments
Lead lender negotiations, structuring, and documentation
Design ring-fenced pools for ESG and government-linked capital
Build a scalable capital strategy aligned to portfolio growth
2. Treasury & ALM Leadership
Design and institutionalize a full ALM framework
Ensure liquidity discipline and tenor matching
Prevent funding gaps with robust cash forecasting
Implement cost-of-funds tracking rigor
3. Financial Architecture & Controls
Build finance systems from scratch
Implement internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks
Ensure RBI NBFC regulatory compliance
Oversee accounting, audit, and taxation
Implement ERP and lending system integrations
4. Portfolio Performance & Risk Oversight
Track yield, ROA, NIM, NPAs, provisioning
Build early warning systems for portfolio stress
Partner with credit & operations to protect asset quality
Drive disciplined unit economics across verticals
5. Team & Institutional Build-Out
Hire and scale treasury, accounts, and MIS teams
Institutionalize board-grade reporting standards
Build audit-ready processes from day one
Candidate Profile
Experience
1015 years in NBFC / lending/fintech/banking
Demonstrated track record in raising debt capital
Experience in structured finance preferred
Treasury and ALM leadership exposure required
Education
MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
CA / CFA is a strong advantage
Capabilities

RBI regulatory familiarity
