Head - Field Prayer Ministry

Jesus Calls is seeking a spiritually committed and mission-driven leader to serve as Head Field Prayer Ministry, responsible for leading and strengthening ministry operations across Prayer Towers and field outreach initiatives. The role requires strategic leadership, people development, and operational excellence to expand ministry impact and ensure effective prayer support services.

• Provide overall leadership and direction to the Field Prayer Ministry across locations.
• Develop and implement ministry strategies aligned with organizational vision and mission.
• Oversee Prayer Tower operations and field ministry activities.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise Area Mission Managers and Prayer Intercessor teams.
• Ensure spiritual care, prayer support quality, and ministry effectiveness.
• Plan and execute outreach programs, prayer initiatives, and ministry expansion.
• Monitor performance through KRAs, KPIs, and ministry outcomes.
• Coordinate with Events, Media, HR, and Administration teams for ministry programs.
• Strengthen volunteer engagement and ministry participation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational standards.
• Prepare periodic reports and ministry performance reviews for leadership.
