Yubi Group through its subsidiary Aspero specializes in high-rated, short-term non-convertible debentures (NCDs) across the credit rating scale. Aspero offerings yield between 8% to 15%, providing returns that outpace traditional investments like fixed deposits and mutual funds.In the last 4 years of our existence, we have earned the trust & support of the wealth ecosystem. Our goal is to democratize access to high quality financial products to consumers in India through technology & enabling access to investors across categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the onboarding and engagement process for HNIs, family offices, and corporate treasuries, aligning their investment strategies with a full spectrum of investment products.
• Provide thought leadership at industry forums for family offices, treasuries, and HNIs, helping manage their portfolios and inform investment trends. Collaborate with Yubi Markets' Products team to develop relevant offerings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Risk teams to understand product specifications and tailor investment solutions to clients' risk profiles, optimizing capital market returns.
• Develop and expand sales propositions by onboarding investors for comprehensive portfolio management and risk analysis solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience understanding family office requirements and investment product offerings, ideally with 15-20 years in a wealth management setting.
• In-depth knowledge of structured credit deals and equity markets.
• Exceptional communication skills are essential, with the ability to effectively pitch a diverse range of debt products to HNIs and family offices.
• Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms and digital marketing channels for promoting product offerings.
