Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Driving new tractors sales through exchange sales.
Provide support to dealers to reduced exchange tractor stocks.
Improve Broker network by registering them within Mahindra dealers.
Conversion of X-Change B2C Leads
Strengthen X-Change tractors digital platform
Manage a team of exchange managers
MIS of exchange business as required
Experience
13-15 years of experience in machinery Sales (Tractors prefered)
Should posses knowledge about tractors & its application
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
Diploma in Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering
General Requirements
Effective communicator & change agent
Channel partner, internal & other external stakeholder handling
Extenssive travelling is involved in this role.
