Head – ERP & Enterprise Applications (Oracle NetSuite)

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of NetSuite strategy, execution, governance, and enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

As the Head of ERP & Enterprise Applications, you will:

• Own and drive the enterprise-wide Oracle NetSuite strategy, roadmap, and governance
• Lead large ERP and application teams (20+ members)
• Oversee implementation, customization, integrations, and optimization
• Align ERP systems with business growth, scalability, and compliance needs
• Represent enterprise applications at executive and senior management forums
• Drive digital transformation, process harmonization, and automation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

ERP Strategy & Ownership

• Executive owner of NetSuite performance, scalability, security, and adoption
• Lead enterprise transformation through ERP standardization
• Drive long-term ERP roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Present strategy and outcomes to senior leadership

Implementation & Optimization

• Oversee end-to-end NetSuite implementations and enhancements
• Govern SuiteScript customizations, workflows, integrations, and reporting
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, audit readiness, and release governance

Enterprise Applications & Architecture

• Provide oversight for Finance, HR, Operations, and other enterprise systems
• Ensure seamless integration across the application ecosystem
• Define architecture standards and integration principles
• Drive automation and reduce system redundancy

Infrastructure & IT Operations

• Oversee IT infrastructure (cloud/on-prem), security, DR, and performance
• Manage vendor SLAs and IT governance
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and access controls

Leadership & Governance

• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary ERP teams
• Define KPIs, performance metrics, and governance frameworks
• Manage NetSuite partners and system integrators
• Drive executive alignment and strategic decision-making

Required Experience

• 1015+ years of Oracle NetSuite experience
• 5+ years leading NetSuite delivery teams in India
• Extensive hands-on experience in implementation & customization
• Proven experience managing large teams and complex enterprise environments
• Strong experience presenting to senior leadership

Technical Expertise

Deep expertise across NetSuite modules:

• Financials & Accounting
• Procurement & Inventory
• Projects & Asset Management
• CRM & Reporting

Strong knowledge of:

• SuiteScript, workflows, APIs, integrations
• Enterprise architecture & middleware
• IT infrastructure, cloud, security & DR
• ITSM, change management & support models

Preferred Background

• Experience in EPC, infrastructure, manufacturing, or asset-heavy industries
• Exposure to enterprise modernization or digital transformation programs
• Experience setting up centralized IT governance or shared services
