Head Equity Fund Raising (Renewables: BESS / Solar / Wind)

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting to: CFO

CTC - upto 70 LPA

Role Overview Looking for a midsenior professional (1015 years) with exclusive equity fund raising experience to lead capital raising. The role covers platformlevel and projectlevel equity transactions with global investors including climate funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, infraPE, and strategic energy investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend equity fund raising and investor outreach.
• Manage pitch decks, IMs, models, and data rooms.
• Drive valuations, term sheet negotiations, and closures.
• Advise on capital structure, dilution, and fundraise strategy.
• Coordinate with advisors and support investor meetings/roadshows.

Candidate Profile

• 1015 years of handson equity fund raising with closed transactions.
• Prior exposure to renewables, infra, or power sectors.
• Strong investor interface with climate funds, family offices, infraPE.
• Education: B.Tech. MBA , OR CFA, OR CA
• Skills: Equity fund raising, valuation, deal structuring, negotiation, stakeholder management.
