Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our sales efforts in the education management sector, specifically focusing on Embedded Systems and VLSI training solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients, manage existing relationships, and achieve revenue targets. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with the marketing and product development teams to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Team Management:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of corporate sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
New Business Acquisition:Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at existing corporate clients.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:Accurately forecast sales revenue and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Product Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of Maven Silicon's Embedded Systems and VLSI training programs and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
Collaboration:Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and refine sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Negotiation and Closing:Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Market Research:Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Sales Process Optimization:Continuously improve the corporate sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements :
Experience:13-16+ years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of success in the education management or related industry.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of the Embedded Systems and VLSI industries, including market trends, technologies, and key players.
Leadership Skills:Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
Communication Skills:Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation Skills:Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Relationship Building:Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
