Role & Responsibilities
- Take charge of the P&L and account portfolio, steering pipeline development, revenue growth, and order fulfillment in alignment with business goals.
- Establish and maintain strong CXO-level partnerships, positioning the organization as a trusted leader, while working with marketing to expand influence across digital and social channels.
- Formulate and drive account initiatives, spanning hiring, capacity planning, ecosystem expansion, and innovation in services/IP to support P&L priorities.
- Serve as the accountable leader, integrating efforts across technology, ventures, and global operations to design and deliver differentiated solutions
- Administer contract oversight, acting as the guardian of all engagement agreements across the portfolio.
- Shape both internal and external communication strategies, enhancing brand visibility and reinforcing the identity of the P&L.
Requirements
10+ years of direct enterprise sales expertise with proven success in the technology sector.
Consistent track record of year-on-year revenue growth, with the critical ability to build robust deal pipelines and convert them within effective timelines.
Established client relationships and a strong sales portfolio that demonstrate credibility and reach.
Engineering background with a management degree preferred, combining technical depth with business acumen.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following domains: Semiconductor, VLSI, Hardware, Data Centers, Artificial Intelligence and Foundational Models, Software & Open.
