Head of Digital Growth & Marketing


Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)


Role Overview


We are looking for a high-ownership, full-stack digital growth leader to architect and scale our digital marketing engine across paid, organic, content, lifecycle, and analytics. This role goes beyond performance marketing. You will build and lead a 56 member marketing team and own the end-to-end growth roadmap from brand narrative to acquisition, from content engine to conversion optimization, from retention to LTV expansion. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct founder visibility.


Key Responsibilities


1. Growth Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute the companys digital growth strategy across awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Build a predictable, scalable growth engine aligned with revenue and contribution margin targets.
  • Own marketing planning, channel mix, and budget allocation across paid and organic.

2. Paid Acquisition & Performance

  • Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliates, and programmatic channels.
  • Drive CAC efficiency, LTV growth, and contribution margin improvement.
  • Own creative testing frameworks and experimentation cadence.
  • Scale spends responsibly while maintaining quality and unit economics.

3. Organic & Content Engine

  • Build and scale SEO-driven content strategy (category education, comparison pages, intent capture).
  • Own YouTube, Instagram, and organic social growth strategy.
  • Develop influencer/creator partnerships aligned with brand positioning.
  • Create education-led acquisition funnels for high-consideration customers.

4. Brand + Performance Integration

  • Align brand narrative with performance creative strategy.
  • Ensure consistent positioning across landing pages, ads, content, and lifecycle channels.
  • Own landing page optimization and CRO initiatives.

5. Lifecycle & Retention

  • Build and optimize CRM journeys (email, WhatsApp, SMS).
  • Drive cohort retention, remarketing, winbacks, and LTV expansion.
  • Design nurture flows for assisted conversion journeys.

6. Analytics, Attribution & Martech

  • Own end-to-end measurement across web/app platforms.
  • Improve tracking infrastructure and attribution clarity.
  • Build dashboards for CAC, LTV, contribution, and cohort analysis.
  • Enable data-driven decision making across growth levers.

7. Team Leadership

  • Build, manage, and mentor a 56 member growth team (performance, content, CRM, analytics).
  • Set OKRs and performance benchmarks.
  • Hire and structure the marketing organization as scale demands.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 712 years experience in digital growth roles.
  • Experience in high-consideration or high-AOV businesses.
  • Has led both paid and organic/content teams.
  • Has scaled budgets while improving unit economics.
  • Deep understanding of funnel optimization and lifecycle monetization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with creative instincts.
  • Experience presenting to founders or senior leadership.
