Head - Digital Forensics & Incident Reponse

Incident Response Consulting:

• Provide expert consultation to clients on incident response strategies, ensuring swift containment, eradication, and recovery from cybersecurity incidents like ransomware, data breaches, etc. 
• Develop customized incident response plans and playbooks for client organizations.

Digital Forensics Services:

• Conduct forensic investigations to identify the root cause of incidents, assess damage, and gather evidence for legal or compliance purposes.
• Utilize advanced forensic tools and techniques to analyze compromised systems and networks.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to strengthen their cybersecurity posture.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Threat Intelligence and Mitigation:

• Collaborate with clients to integrate threat intelligence into their cybersecurity strategies.
• Proactively identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures to prevent future incidents.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure client adherence to regulatory and industry compliance standards during incident handling and reporting.
• Deliver comprehensive post-incident reports, including lessons learned and actionable recommendations for improvement.

Training and Awareness:

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance clients' incident response readiness and forensic capabilities.
• Conduct tabletop exercises, drills and simulations to prepare clients for potential cybersecurity incidents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields; advanced certifications such as GCFA, GCIH, or CISA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in digital forensics, incident response, and client-facing consulting roles.
• Expertise in forensic tools, incident response frameworks, and threat intelligence platforms.
• Should have led multiple, complex real-life cybersecurity post incidence recovery
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and client management skills.
• In-depth understanding of OT/IT environments, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
