Position: Head Creative & Content Services
This is a Delhi-based position and work from office only!
Work Location: Sector 23 Dwarka, Delhi
Job Summary- Were hiring a Head Creative & Content Services to build and lead our client-facing creative, design, and content function . This is a B2B, client-facing, tech-heavy, creative role . Youll work directly with marketing, e-commerce, and brand leaders at client companies and own how we think, create, test, and scale:
- Marketplaces: Amazon & Q-com (PDPs, A+, tiles, banners, brand stores, ad creatives, product copy)
- Social: Instagram, Meta, YouTube, shorts/reels
- Web: Websites, landing pages, campaign microsites
- Written Content: Listing copy, emails, blogs, brand stories, scripts, hooks
Youll use a mix of imagination + tech + AI to generate ideas, turn them into experiments, and then scale what works.
What Youll Own:
- The Creative & Content charter for NuvoRetails brand clients.
- End-to-end creative and content strategy across Amazon, Q-com, social, and web.
- Client relationships for all creative + content work (alongside growth / account teams).
- The adoption of AI and tools in our creative and content workflows.
- Building and mentoring a small, sharp, high-output team (design + content).
What Youll Do:
1. Lead Creative, Content & Design
- Turn client goals (growth, conversions, category dominance) into platform-first creative and content plans .
- Set visual and verbal direction for each brand across:
- Amazon & Marketplaces: PDPs, A+, brand stores, AMS creatives, product copy.
- Q-com: tiles, banners, thumbnails, promo creatives and copy.
- Social: posts, reels/shorts, scripts, hooks, ad copy and concepts.
- Web: website pages, landing pages, campaign pages, emailers, and blogs.
- Build and maintain brand guidelines, tone-of-voice docs, and design systems that make scale possible without losing quality.
2. Be the Creative Face to Clients (B2B)
- Act as the primary creative + content partner to client marketing and e-com teams.
- Lead pitches, reviews, and strategy sessions, tying creative choices back to numbers: traffic, CTR, CVR, ROAS, AOV, retention.
- Handle feedback like an adult: align, push back where needed, reset scope when its drifting, protect quality and timelines.
- Spot and shape opportunities to expand into website revamps, content refreshes, campaigns, and new formats.
3. Use Tech, Data & AI to Power Ideas
- Use AI tools not as a gimmick, but as your core stack to:
- Brainstorm routes, hooks, headlines, and scripts.
- Generate design variations and mock-ups fast.
- Repurpose content across platforms (e.g., one product story PDP + reel + email + Q-com tile).
- Partner with analytics, marketplace, and performance teams to:
- See whats actually working (CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement, scroll depth, bounce).
- Run structured creative and copy experiments (A/B tests, variant testing, new formats).
- Build playbooks of winning patterns by platform, category, and objective.
- Constantly scout new tools, formats, and creative technologies, and bring them into everyday workflows.
4. Build Team, Process & Delivery That Scales
- Lead a lean hybrid team of designers and content/copy specialists (plus freelancers when needed).
- Set up clear, lightweight processes using tools like Asana / Trello / ClickUp / Notion / Sheets.
- Own final review for key deliverables both how they look and how they read before they go out.
- Ensure we can handle multiple clients and brands in parallel without chaos.
What Were Looking For
- 46+ years in creative / content / digital / brand / e-commerce roles (agency or in-house), with direct client-facing responsibility .
- Strong exposure to brands that sell online e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, consumer brands, etc.
- Track record of working on:
- Marketplace or e-com creatives & content
- Social / digital campaigns
- Websites or landing pages (structure + content)
Skills
- Strong grip on branding, storytelling, and positioning .
- Solid understanding of:
- Conversion-focused copy (hooks, USPs, benefits, CTAs).
- E-com and marketplace basics (how creatives and content affect discoverability, clicks, and sales).
- Comfort with:
- Design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (you dont have to design everything, but you must speak the language).
- Content tools: docs, editors, and AI content tools for ideas and drafting.
- Excellent spoken and written communication you care about both lines and layouts .

- Startup-friendly: youre okay with figuring things out, changing direction quickly, and building while running.
- High ownership: you naturally think in terms of What should we build here?, not Whats the task?.
- High bar for detail: loose design, weak copy, or sloppy formatting bother you.
- Direct but collaborative: you can give and receive clear, honest feedback and keep momentum.
- Tech-curious: you like trying tools, breaking things, and keeping what work
