We are looking for someone who understands technology hiring from the inside out. Someone who began their career as a hands-on deep tech recruiter, built credibility with engineers and hiring leaders, and gradually moved into business ownership and leadership.
This person will lead, shape, and scale CareerXperts contract staffing business for technology roles.
What This Role Owns
1. Building the Contract Staffing Business (Tech)
You will define and expand the contract staffing vertical within CareerXperts. This includes identifying market opportunities, designing the service structure, and building a business that operates at the same standard our clients expect from us.
2. Client Acquisition at the Right Level
We are not looking for transactional relationships. You will engage with founders, CTOs, and senior leadership teams, building partnerships where contract staffing becomes a strategic capability rather than a reactive service.
3. Market Positioning
Contract staffing in technology is crowded. Your role is to position CareerXperts where it belongs - working with serious companies building meaningful technology.
4. Vertical Leadership
You will build and lead the team that runs this vertical - setting standards for delivery, client engagement, and candidate quality. This includes mentoring recruiters and ensuring every engagement reflects our level of professionalism.
5. Commercial Ownership
You will own revenue growth, client success, and operational maturity for the contract staffing business. The expectation is simple: build something substantial and sustainable.
What We Expect From You
- Early career experience as a deep tech recruiter, hiring for engineering and product roles.
- Clear progression into client ownership, account leadership, or business development within technology recruitment.
- Strong understanding of contract staffing models, compliance structures, and delivery frameworks.
- Ability to build relationships with founders, CTOs, VP Engineering, and senior hiring leaders.
- Experience building or scaling a staffing practice, not just operating inside one.
- Confidence to represent CareerXperts in high-level client conversations.
- Strong commercial thinking combined with deep respect for the talent craft.
