Role Purpose

We are looking for a seasoned HRIR Leader to head Human Resources and Industrial Relations across manufacturing plants and corporate functions.

The role will drive workforce stability, statutory compliance, employee engagement, productivity improvement, and alignment of people strategy with business growth.

This position will act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director and leadership team , enabling organizational growth, leadership capability building, and strong HR governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute HR strategy aligned with business growth, profitability, and expansion plans
• Act as a strategic partner to MD, leadership team, and Board on organisation design, capability building, and culture
• Lead organisation design, span & layer optimization, and manpower planning including greenfield/expansion projects
• Build leadership and critical talent pipelines across corporate, plant, and shop-floor roles
• Drive performance management systems linked to business outcomes and accountability
• Ensure harmonious industrial relations across all plants; lead union negotiations and employee forums
• Strengthen HR governance, policies, compliance, audits, and statutory adherence
• Lead HR digitalisation, analytics, and data-driven decision making
• Drive change management initiatives including growth, restructuring, and new plant setups
