Job Description

Hiring: Head Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)


Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Sr. Vice President Business Excellence


We are looking for a senior SFE leader to drive sales productivity, incentive design, analytics, and field-force excellence across a large commercial organization.


Key Responsibilities :


Own and lead the end-to-end SFE strategy

Drive incentive compensation, target setting, and performance analytics

Build and govern dashboards, KPIs, and sales insights

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT for data-driven execution

Lead and scale large commercial and analytics teams

Enable CRM adoption, automation, and process excellence


Ideal Candidate Profile :


12+ years of experience in Sales Force Excellence, Incentive Design & Analytics

Pharma industry experience is mandatory

Proven experience managing large commercial setups and leading teams

Open to candidates from any industry background with strong SFE exposure

Preferably from Tier-1 institutes (Batch: 20042011 )

Strategic, hands-on leader with strong stakeholder influence
