Open Seva partners with colleges and students to build clarity, confidence, emotional resilience, and life skills capabilities that are critical for long-term success but rarely addressed in formal education.

Lucky You is a practical, student-focused self-reflection workbook designed to help young adults navigate academics, career decisions, relationships, family expectations, and personal growth.

In a world driven by exams, social media pressure, and uncertainty about the future, Lucky You enables students to pause, reflect, and think clearly. Through guided exercises, real-life scenarios, and reflective prompts, students develop emotional balance, confidence, and the ability to handle stress and challenges calmly.

This is a high-impact, on-ground college outreach and campus activation role focused on taking Lucky You directly to students through live interactions, workshops, and large-scale campus engagements.

The role involves extensive fieldwork, close coordination with colleges, and hands-on execution of student-facing programs across Mumbai and nearby regions.

• Visit colleges, institutes, and universities regularly
• Plan and execute campus events and large student activations (1001000+ students)
• Conduct and manage:
• Book-based talks
• Interactive self-reflection sessions
• Confidence, clarity, and stress-management workshops
• Coordinate permissions, logistics, volunteers, and vendors for campus programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with:
• College management and faculty
• Student councils, clubs, and campus societies
• Drive book adoption, sales, and relevant program enrolments through campus engagements

• Professionals with hands-on experience in:
• College events and student engagement initiatives
• Youth-focused programs or campus activations
• EdTech, training outreach, or NGO-led education programs
• Campus sales or activation-driven roles
• Comfortable interacting with large student groups and senior college stakeholders
• High-energy, execution-oriented, and people-focused
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Based in Mumbai and open to frequent on-ground campus travel
